It would have been this great man's 77th birthday yesterday, if he had lived .
I've often thought that he was very under rated .

6 years today since the death of Tim Bergling better known as Avicii, aged 28.

If I remember right, I was home from my placement from college on that friday evening getting dual wheels pulled out to put on the tractor for cutting turf. I explained who Avicii was to my turf cutting partner over tea, who's 39 years my senior, when it came up on the Six One news. We cut the last of the turf that year the day prince Harry got married I believe, which was the 19th of May according to google. There was some ferocious wet weather between the two dates. I had some time booked off work for cutting, the week came wet, and I gave him a hand rebuilding the engine in a 165 instead.

There won't be much turf cut any time soon with the ground conditions the way they are.
