Ya lad. That field is 17ac usually cross it at least twice and just make sure all the ends are secure. That way if the wind does lift it, it will only rip to the crossing and not the hole row gone. Not many do it at all. I band spray maize around here normally cover about 200 ac and I only have ever seen one other guy do it. Bit of a insurance policy if you get meHeard of lads walking to do the ends alright but never heard them doing up the middle. Bit of exercise

I didn't think you'd drive one of those green tractors even with the back window open..More experimentation this day last week, sowing Ambition and putting 10-7+S, Mg, Zn & Mn start fertilizer in the seedbed. Sowed a couple of strokes with the fertilizer turned off, will be interesting to see how it progresses.
