No problem getting a good pint of it in sligo or mayo. Herself is from donegal, go into a pub up there and ask for a pint of special and they will ask whats that... Safer to ask for some other pint when ya hear that!

Thats what i would have heard it called , and its 30 years ago since i seen a lad drinking it .

@Canyanero is right above. It's a pint of smithwicks finished with a Guinness head. It's nice stuff.
Don't think I've ever seen anyone drink a pint of half smithwicks and half Guinness, would be also know a pint of black and tan about here as well though.
